Motion Graphics

As a multimedia designer and content creator at Mac House, I was successful in overseeing the creation of motion graphics projects from start to finish. In my role, I collaborated with project managers and creative directors by developing concepts and storyboards that were presented in graphics treatments. I also worked closely with the video editor to understand the timing of animations and to deliver high-resolution video files for the final cut.

Simplifying Ideas

Motion graphics’ dynamic visuals can effectively convey difficult ideas and concepts. Because of their flexibility, they are the perfect medium for designing unique graphics that effectively tell a brand’s story. With a keen eye for detail, I adhered to the client’s brand guidelines in order to give the graphics a distinctive look.

Creating Lower Thirds

It’s more than just a name tag. Aside from providing general information about the person speaking, the lower thirds’ animation can bring energy. The example illustrates how the outgoing animation gracefully pulls in and introduces the sequence of animated key points.

Presenting Finances

When spoken, financial details can sound hurried and chaotic. Animated financial graphs make the data easier to understand when used in conjunction with a succinct script. Watch as the graphs steadily build over the course of the voice-over.

Showing User Flow

It’s important to communicate specifics, and there is no better way to explain an app’s user flow than with a visual representation. Motion graphics make it easier to understand how to navigate an app and leads to a better user experience. The purpose of the sequence was to illustrate the ease of making a transaction.
